Delivery

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail™. However, we reserve the right to send large orders or bulky items via another courier.
  • We will always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, within 0-1 business working day(s).
  • UK deliveries will usually take 1-3 days (depending on the chosen shipping method) once dispatched.
  • International orders may take longer to arrive; we estimate 5-10 days, although it could take up to 4 weeks depending on
  • In most cases, international orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Airmail. There may occasionally be delays due to customs checks. We do not pay any import duty on international items, but most of our products are exempt from it anyway.

 

Returns

  • Returns are completely free in the UK. We can email you a return shipping label upon request.
  • International buyers will have to pay for their own returns.
  • The standard returns window is 60 days from the date of your order, though we extend it to 90 days just before Christmas so you can buy presents with confidence.
  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee and accept returns on all items if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason.
  • You will receive a full refund if there is a genuine issue with your purchase.
  • If you are not happy for any reason, we would be grateful if we could negotiate a satisfactory outcome before you leave negative feedback.
  • Price is usually for one item only unless otherwise specified.
  • Some items may vary slightly from the photos shown, especially with crystals. Please contact us beforehand if you need to know if you will receive the exact product displayed in the photo or if you wish to choose from a variety if available.

 

Collection

  • We are located in the beautiful natural harbour of Poole, Dorset, United Kingdom.
  • Although we do not have a brick-and-mortar store, customers can collect their orders locally. Address details can be provided when arranging a collection.
  • You must purchase products on our website before you can collect them.
  • In most cases, you will not have the option to choose a crystal from stock, unless previously arranged, as the collection point does not have facilities to display the products.
  • We can provide packaging for you to safely transport your goods back.
