We are located in the region of the beautiful natural harbour of Poole, Dorset, United Kingdom. The full address for returns will be provided automatically with your order. Regrettably, we don’t provide our full address on this website to prevent people from turning up to buy crystals on our doorstep, which has happened on several occasions in the past!
